Ever since I was a young girl, I&#8217;ve been cooking up things to make Christmas special and of all the things I prepare at this time of year, our absolute favourite has to be my Christmas cake.<\/div>\n<\/p>\n<div>A Christmas cake should bring a little bit of joy and delight into our lives. My mother always told me that a Christmas cake should reflect something that you do not have as it will help you to feel warm and cosy inside. Gullwick and I live in a beautiful place where there are very few trees and so I like to make my cake into the shape of a beautiful Christmas tree.<\/div>\n<\/p>\n<div>Have a Christmas full of warmth, wishes and wonder and I look forward to seeing you in the not too distant future, which will of course be a new year.<\/div>\n<\/p>\n<div>Ding Dong Merrily On High.<\/div>\n<\/p>\n<div>Gullweena, oh and Gullwick of course.
